Where to fish in Ventura County?
 

I'm still fairly new to kayak angling but have been on the water about 5 times with no luck yet. Only two launch locations... Kiddie Beach near Channel Islands Beach and Goleta Pier near Sandspit road. Skunked every time.

Any place near Malibu that might provide a little more luck? Someplace where I can safely launch and recover?
