BigWatersEdge.com, an on-line community for kayak fishing, in partnership with OEX Dive & Kayak Centers, has installed a dedicated camera to monitor the conditions at the La Jolla Shores boat launch. The camera provides kayak anglers, recreational kayakers and beach goers alike with a real time view of how conditions are before making the trip down to the beach. In addition, the camera will allow San Diego Lifeguards and Emergency First Responders to monitor the boat launch traffic and City Parks and Recreation to witness and respond to the conditions of the launch after storms and severe high tides.
