West Central Florida

Hi folks, I am relatively new to yak fishing and was wondering if anyone here lives in West Central Florida and knows of any smaller bodies of freshwater (with public access) that are conducive to us folks who fish from smaller boats? (boats with 250 hp motors and kayaks DON'T mix). Little out of the way places that aren't on private property work for me too (I have a JEEP). Any information would be greatly appreciated.:bigear:
