Maiden Voyages
Launched my new yak, Stealth 12 and the Mrs took her first yak fishing trip
http://i476.photobucket.com/albums/r...Maidens001.jpg http://i476.photobucket.com/albums/r...Maidens009.jpg Water temp was 68-70 degrees and wind picked up a bit toward the end. http://i476.photobucket.com/albums/r...Maidens002.jpg Popped the cherry with some but' action, LOL This one had a parasite digging in while too. It's in the middle of its back, looked like a sandworm http://i476.photobucket.com/albums/r...Maidens003.jpg http://i476.photobucket.com/albums/r...Maidens004.jpg Have no clue what happened, but pix started coming out like this. Mrs first fish was a queenfish, so she didn't skunk her first time http://i476.photobucket.com/albums/r...Maidens007.jpg Went to a great stretch, but it smelled like oil and sure enough there was lots of it in the water, even transmission fluid floating. That plus the wind and we made it a sight seeing venture http://i476.photobucket.com/albums/r...Maidens010.jpg While enjoying the life on a seawall; seastars, mussels, anaemonies, slugs and snails, I left some camo worm on the bottom and Patrick wanted to come aboard http://i476.photobucket.com/albums/r...Maidens012.jpg Fishfinder and battery http://i476.photobucket.com/albums/r...Maidens013.jpg |
