Thanks for the report bro. How does the rod work with the Alvey? Does it load up good for casting and have a nice action with a fish on? I have plenty of ocean sticks, but short on freshwater stuff now, plus I need a good sabiki stick for piers etc...Just wondering how the blanks are.
