Default mission bay 7-26-07

Hey all,

Sorry for the late report, but I thought I'd share with everyone. Thurs was a nice day not to busy on the bay but a really bad wind out of the west that made drifts just impossible. I did see a few yakers fishing it seemed to me that most were catching small grade fish of all types. As for myself, I was able to pull 7 halis and 5 spotties. All fish were sub legal with the exception of a 13" spot. The most interesting fish today was the fish in the picture below. How did this little fish eat that big bait??????? This was the smallest fish of this type I have ever caught. I did have one fish that was almost legal at 21.5 on the tape measure. All in all a fun day on the water. Now I just need to hook up with a few of you guys and learn a few more tricks. I like live bait but I need to get better with the artificials.

Thanks for the read,

Jon
