Hi Perry,
It was fine in wakes and wind chop, but it was my first time in the Hobie
I was kind of nervious, because it was a whole lot more tipsy than my F&D
I noticed the difference when I went to get on it at baby beach, Jack said "not to worry, just jump in, it won't tip over!"
I guess the initial stability is a lot less than the F&D, but secondary stability seems to be OK, as I didn't tip it over
It's going to take a few more trips to get the feel of it
The pedal system works great, a whole lot less effort than paddling and it allows you to hold a rod or a brew while on the move
The tides look great for this weekend, if the weather holds, I may go out and practice
