Meet up with Ed at the Coast Gaurd station 5:30 hit the water
BEAUTIFUL MORNING
Started with this litloe guy who rapped in the weeds to make the fight more fun
Then came the halibut first came on a LK clear red flake and was over 20" got him in the kayak to take a photo only to have him flip out jumping 12 14 inches in the air bouncing from on end of the cockpit to the other till I knocdked him back in the water then took this pic
Caught one more 18"er
then having found the halibut moved on looking for the bass fished the moored boats for the next 3hrs
I quit countin after aq dozen I was on fire while ED had one of those days
All my fish were caught using Uni Butter on LK baits fished on a 1/2 head and BH and Pearl 3 inch baits on 3/8 oz heads
