![]() Crossing was a bit of a beeyyach today with wind/swell pretty crossed up both ways. Hit up the back side for a few nice ones on swimmies and iron. Got one that went well over 6lbs but for some reason the photo jpg is corrupted on the camera. Lots of 3-5lb fish today. Ed with his first ever calico ![]() Later in the day he managed to pull this one out of the kelp. Nice fish and consider Ed is about 6'5" and goes 250 ![]() A few others ![]() ![]() They all had really full bellies and were puking up small anchovies when we boated them: ![]() Swimbait of choice today: ![]() On the way back, we ran into these guys again today, a few miles off the front side of Cat. ![]() Not sure what type of dolphin/small whale they are but they did put on a really kewl show!! ![]() Ed

Awesome report! Those are some beautiful calicos! Great pic of the whale jumping. Those are hard to get with most digitals
because of the lag time. Great job Ed! Robert |
