Default Huntington Harbor / Anaheim Bay 3/30

Launched super late ( 11 am) from a public, yet secluded beach into an outgoing tide and on shore breeze. Just wanted to get my yak and my line wet. Hung outside the green buoys casting towards Simple Green. Picked up a BSB @ noon. I also was treated to an F-15 flyby after take off from Los Alamitos that onced it cleared the beach went vertical.

Let me know if you go back to Huntington Beach soon - I have not been there and would like to fish with someone at least first time.

As a newbie to kayak fishing, and pretty much a newbie (after a 15 year hiatus from east coast surf / pier fishing) I want to devlop my skills a little bit before thinking about tourneyments.
