Heya,
Nice to see you around, and I am glad to hear there were no problems registering. I saw you posted a few photos in our photo post also. I noticed you were using a chartreuse lizard for some bass. Last time we were bass fishing from our tubes, we used lizards and weightless senko's which went over real good. I never really tries senko's before, but they caught a good number of fish and when you fly line them with light line they have some awesome action to them. The lizards also worked real good and even got a few on the standby Zara Spook in the afternoon.

How's the guiding going??

Perry

The lizards work pretty good here in the late spring and early summer. I like to free line them into spawing beds and weedy areas. Right now the Rapala X-Rap (Shad) is working well. I get it close to the vegetation give it a couple of fast cranks and suspend it for a few seconds. Usually get a strong bite just about every cast.
Guiding is going great. We have more than 30 trips booked for the spring and summer. The word is getting out and people want to try before they buy a kayak. I am conducting a two day seminar at Cabelas in Sidney during May. It should be a lot of fun. We are headed out this afternoon for some fantastic spring fishing with my 4 year old. He is my guide today. Have a great day!
