Robert has a spectacular aura about
Default A Most Epic Trip To Big Bear Lake!!!

A dozen of us decided to go camping up at Big Bear Lake California.

We arrived to the campground around Noon and kicked back with several ice cold adult beverages.

Our good buddy Perry got the party started with 5 racks of the best tasting baby back ribs that any of us have ever eaten! They were awesome!

We also had some corn on the cob, cucumber salad and homemade slaw!

We tore that food up!

Afterwards we got a campfire going and had a few cocktails and a bunch of
laughs! The weather was beautiful.

The next morning we had some awesome breakfast burritos loaded with everything! Most of the group decided to go for a walk down by the lake.

A little before Noon we started making lunch. This was the lunch to end all lunches!

Shrimp Etouffee over rice.

Sesame crusted seared yellowfin tuna. (ahi)

Wild sockeye salmon sashimi style.

Lan's fabulous homemade eggrolls.
Also an Asian shrimp and noodle salad, bao (a bun that is stuffed with meat and steamed) Chinese dumplings, and Kim Chee! This wasn't some hot dog and rubber hamburger lunch! This was the real deal! Needless to say, it was an incredible lunch!

After lunch we kicked back under our shelter and watched the rain come down. It rained for a couple of hours, but it was a nice cool refreshing rain.
We killed a couple of bottles of Saki and told stories and jokes. We laughed
so hard that we were crying and had stomach cramps!

Scott Shaw you are THE MAN!

We played a game of Pictionary that was a absolute blast!
We were still full from lunch. We had plans to have tri tip for dinner, but we were still full from lunch, so Drew fixed some more bao and dumplings for a snack. We had another nice campfire and a bunch more laughs that night.
On Sunday we cooked up some tri tip, eggs, and potatoes that made some awesome breakfast burritos. We packed up afterwards and headed back to the world around 11:00 A.M. It was one of the best camping trips with some of the most special people that I have ever met! I don't think anyone will ever forget this one. Unbelievable food and some awesome friends!

The camp site was huge with plenty of shade, the drinks were flowing and the food was awesome!

We have a great time, thanks for the invite.
