Default Finally!!!!

After more than a month of waiting with baited breath... not anchovy :-) My tandem finally arrived. We (my wife and I) took it out for a maiden voyage from the S.B. harbor to just outside the breakwater. The water was like glass. Can't wait to put it through some practice entry and exit trials before some some additional rigging . We got some Crack of Dawn Tsunami paddles and my wife said "Wow, these are so much better than those we got with the rental". Thank you for the recommendation Rick H.

If you live in the SB/Carpenteria area drop me a line.

Sorry Perry this should have gone into the general forum and not rigging

Congrats FY!!! I know first hand whats it's like to wait for your first yak. Bought a used one a couple of months ago and have already put a few miles and a decent amount of fish on it. Hopefully in the next couple of weeks, I'll put get some legal "bugs" on it also. Forums, like AKF, can prep you beforehand to make trips safe and productive. Enjoy your yak and keep 'em bent!
