Guys,
It was a pleasure lighting up the Que once again. We can definitely cook up a Prime Rib on my 'Q on the next trip. It would work like a larger version of Steves. I'm going to put a temp gauge in it, then we would just use an indirect method of cooking like we did with the Tri-Tip. I'm going to change the grill if a newer one with gull wings will fit inside so we don't have to remove the grill to add charcoal or wood. Toss in some soaked wood chunks and we would be good to go . Of course, if you really wanted to we could toss in a few racks of ribs instead
