Default My first spotted bay bass rod build.

I picked up a shikari blank from A buddy a while back. *It's a 7'2" MF 12-20 3/8-1oz * *Super nice action on this rod can't wait to pit some hurt on some spotties tonight :twisted:

This is only my second build and i wanted to trie to keep it old school on the color selection. I used a minima reel seat with the split grip in cork. Also used a lock and block method on the single foot guides.*

it's hard to get a good pic that shows up well, this was inbetween epoxy coats.

Now to start planning my next build
