Fishing this weekend?????

Hey all,

Is anyone going to be fishing either newport of mission this weekend? I'm a newbie, so I haven't been out on the salt yet. If your planning to go this weekend I love to meet and get some tips.

We're heading out of town this weekend, but last I heard there was a group that are going to prefish Newport for the tournament coming up. They were talking about launching at Coast Guard Beach about 6-6:30am Saturday, and your best bet may be to try to meet up with them. There's sure to be a few kayak anglers out there Hope this helps,
