Ron Sez: I made a few drifts with the plastic and caught a short butt and a few bass, one legal sandie. Mentioned to Tom that it weather and fishing was great just like Catalina,
right then my line get hit hard and the rod goes bendo, line is peeling perfectly (thanks Shimano techs for servicing my reel, great job). After getting
pulled all the way across the harbor, I ended up in 2-3 foot of water, this thing going to beach itself? No way,
once it found out it was close to the beach it ran one more time, I was able to bring it up a saw a big BUTT come
to color. Sweetness, a 30 incher! Sweet satisfaction, God I love this sport.
