Here are some photos of my fishing kayak: a 2003 Wilderness Systems Ride with fish finder, milk crate, rudder, scotty's flush mounts and one pst mount in front, a home-made pontoon system, home made cart from a golf bag pull cart, anchor trolley system, and a few other things I am still workng on. I fish out of Palm City, FL around the St. Lucie River, the Indian River and north to Mosquito Lagoon. Even go off the beach once in awhile. Also, I am a member ofthe Ft. Lauderdale Yak Fishing Club.

Here are the final four pics of my Yak. I am sort of proud of my milk crate..besides all the usual purposes, it serves as the portable mount for my fishfinder transducer. I am in a social kayak club and do some casual paddling with an older crowd for picnics, BBQs and of course, some drinkin', so I need to be able to take down all my fishing equipment at times. Everything you see on this yak comes off. (I've been robbed before, so I like to lock everything in my truck when going to and from the launch site. It only takes a few minutes to set up, and I'm ready to fish! The only cosmetic thing I am not happy with is the color...brown...its probably not the safest color to be in on the water, but I haven't had any close calls yet. The only calls I have had is that some people see the color and say it looks like a large floating dog turd. Well, at least it floats...and there aren't any leaks...yet.
