Here is the rod holder/tackle box rig in the front of my Wilderness Pamilico 145. The rig was made from a high density plastic kitchen cutting board, trimmed to fit the forward cockpit section of the Yak. The tackle box was glued to the board with contact cement.
I fish in Charlotte Harbor, FL. Have had great success pulling Red Fish, Snook and Trout out of the "skinny" water in the Mangroves and creeks feeding the harbor. Bob Bottel |
